Tisha Packers & Movers Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By using the services of Tisha Packers & Movers (“Tisha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (the “Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Tisha provides packing, moving, and unpacking services for residential and commercial customers. We offer a variety of services, which may include:

• Pre-move planning and estimates
• Packing and unpacking services
• Loading and unloading of belongings
• Transportation of belongings to the new location
• Furniture disassembly and reassembly
• Short-term storage (subject to availability)

3. Estimates and Quotes

Tisha will provide a written estimate for your move based on the information you provide, including the size of your move, the distance to be traveled, and the services requested. This estimate is not a binding contract and final charges may vary based on the actual weight and volume of your belongings, access limitations at origin and destination, and any additional services required on moving day.

4. Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of delivery unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit card, and debit card. A deposit may be required for certain services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing Tisha with an accurate inventory of your belongings prior to the move.
• You are responsible for preparing your belongings for transport, including disconnecting appliances and draining fluids.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for parking at the origin and destination locations.
• You are responsible for valuables and important documents. Tisha recommends that you carry these items with you during the move.

6. Valuation of Goods

Tisha offers basic limited liability coverage for your belongings during the move. You may opt for additional valuation coverage for increased protection. Please inquire about valuation options and associated costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tisha will be liable for loss or damage to your belongings caused by our negligence. Our liability will be limited to the value declared for your belongings. We are not liable for normal wear and tear, inherent vice of the goods, or acts of God.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your move with Tisha up to [Number] days prior to the scheduled move date with no penalty. Cancellations within [Number] days of the move date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Delays

Tisha will make every effort to complete your move on schedule. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or mechanical breakdowns.
